Syncing your iTunes music playlists can be annoying when using third party apps. Sometimes you have to wait for the third party app to load and import music playlists from iTunes. In this guide, I”ll show you how to easily sync your iTunes playlists manually in 3 easy steps.
Step 1.
Start iTunes> Select all (CTRL+A) the songs from a playlists> copy (CTRL+C)
Step 2.
Go to your SD Card (Or Memory Storage of Your Device). There should be a folder named “Music”(Create one if not there). Paste(CTRL+V) the songs in this folder.
Step 3.
This is the last step. Go to iTunes and select your playlist>>>Right Click>>>Select Export
Navigate and find the music folder from step 2. Save the playlist in .m3u format.
This method should work for any device that can read .m3u playlists. Repeat the same steps for everyone of your playlists.
Advantages of Manually Syncing Your Music
- No need for third party apps to be installed
- You don’t have to wait for 3rd party apps to import iTunes playlists
- Quickly update a playlist without re-syncing all over again.
Tips
You can create a sub-folder in the music folder if you are having problems with different songs with same names. But this might cause you to have repeated songs in your device.
